Cancelled Information

Please note: If a confirmation email is not received immediately after booking with us, please check your spam folder and inform us. Prepayments for rental or tour reservations can be cancelled 1 week before we will do a full refund with 3% discounted for shipping.if one day before the tour we will refund your money 50%. and if on the day of your tour cancellation, no refund
