Title : “Beach Club Cruise”

We thoroughly enjoyed our day on our Bali Hai Cruise. We chose the 'Reef Cruise' option and were not disappointed. All day you have the option of snorkelling, diving, visiting a local village, banana boat, parasailing, using the water slide, a buffet lunch and massages too! Some at an extra cost but heavily discounted which we appreciated. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us and ensure we were having a good time! We wanted to try everything so didn't even get a chance to sit down all day - but the good thing about this company is that once you reach the pontoon, you can do as much or as little as you want! There's also a submarine leaving every 10 minutes which is great to see some coral with.

Title : “One fantastic day”

We did the Aristocat trip to Nusa Lembogan and had the most fantastic day. Highlight was going to the local village but if you can snorkel I would imagine that would have been. The crew were fantastic, a few women felt a bit sea sick and one member spent ages massaging their heads and giving them stuff to inhale to stop sickness. If you want a relaxing day on a most gorgeous beach and enjoy a 2 hour boat trip there and back this is for you.There is lots of room on the boat to lay down and enjoy the sun or sit under cover and have a quiet drink of tea, coffee or even alcohol.

A great day out with plenty of activities to keep busy. We sailed on a catamaran to a beach at Nusa Penida. We were able to snorkel though we paid extra to do a dive at a nearby location, we had several banana boat rides, did parasailing (extra cost), had lunch and refreshments, able to use the beach and pool area.
I would double check which trip you are booking and the activities on offer as we booked one trip which offered activities to suit my daughter (on the website) but when checking in at the port, those activities were not actually available and we managed to change the booking to a different trip and boat. The staff were initially reluctant to help, but after my husband kept on they offered us an alternative, which was fantastic and far more suitable. The staff onboard and at the island were very accommodating. The lunch was probably the best out of all those we had had on other day trips.

We had the pleasure of going on an evening cruise with Bali Hai. They picked us up at our hotel and took us to the boat. The staff were very friendly and very professional. The boat was beautifully presented and clean. On arrival we were seated at a table on the front of the boat. We set off at a leasurlly pace around the harbour. We had a beautiful romantic intimate dinner. The food was all cold and very fresh. The service was faultless. There was a small band who played songs on request which was great. There was one other couple on our cruise so it was quite special. The toilets were really clean. The entire experience was the perfect way to finish our Bail holiday. The alcohol prices on board were fair as well. I cannot recommend this cruise enough for those looking for something special. The value for money was definitely there.

Title : “Relaxing day”

A great cruise out to Lembongan Island and pontoon. The staff were exceptional, cruise was great, Lunch was fantastic! The activities were good, snorkling, bana boat rides, semi submersible and waterslide. The tour of the island was a bit average, it would have been nicer just to have something organised on the beach. Maybe kite flying with the local kids. The visit to the hand made sarong shop was good and we bought a couple of beautiful sarongs. Sadly the art is being lost. This was worth the price we paid (I got a cheaper price through HotelTravelEasy.com). We had some issues on the day we booked and had to change to the next day. The issues were all worked out. I have to mention again how good all the staff were, it was a very professional set up. My family enjoyed the flexibility to do things as they wished and I enjoyed the peace of mind that it was safe. I have 4 late teen to young adult children and one 6 yr old and this activity suited them all.
