Our Services
Bali Indo Tour provides private tours, sightseeing experiences, airport transfers, and transportation services throughout Bali. All services are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, pricing, and availability on our website. However, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service, itinerary, or feature without prior notice when necessary to maintain service quality, comply with legal requirements, or respond to unforeseen circumstances.
Bookings
To make a reservation, you must provide complete and accurate booking information, including your contact details, travel date, pickup location, and the selected tour or service.
A booking is considered confirmed only after we have verified the reservation and, where applicable, received the required payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking that contains inaccurate information, fraudulent activity, or fails to meet our booking requirements.
Payment Processing
All online payments for bookings are securely processed through PayPal. By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree that payment authorization, fraud prevention, currency conversion, and transaction processing are handled in accordance with PayPal's policies and procedures.
Payments made using credit or debit cards may occasionally be subject to additional security verification by PayPal. In certain cases, payment confirmation may require up to two business days before a booking is confirmed. If additional verification is required, we will notify you of the payment status as soon as we receive an update from PayPal.
International payments may be converted into Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) using PayPal's exchange rate. Currency exchange rates and conversion fees are determined solely by PayPal and may change without prior notice based on market conditions.
Please note that PayPal applies its own payment processing fee, which is currently approximately 4.5% per transaction. This fee is charged by PayPal and is not retained by Bali Indo Tour. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information and ensuring that all details submitted during the reservation process are correct. You are also responsible for arriving at the agreed pickup location on time.
During the tour, customers are expected to respect local laws, customs, cultural sites, and follow reasonable instructions from our driver or guide. Any damage caused through negligence or misconduct may result in additional charges.
Changes & Cancellations
Tour itineraries, schedules, or pickup times may be adjusted due to weather conditions, traffic, road closures, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make every effort to provide a suitable alternative whenever possible.
Cancellation requests and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund Policy. We encourage customers to review that policy before confirming a reservation.
Limitation of Liability
Bali Indo Tour shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, interruptions, accidents, natural disasters, government actions, or other events beyond our reasonable control that may affect the delivery of our services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the affected booking, except where a greater liability is required by law.
