We booked last minute via WhatsApp and within the hour we were being picked up from our hotel. I Komang Gelgel is a super friendly guy that also happens to be an excellent photographer. We'd highly recommend Bali Jetpacks to our family and friends and will definitely work up the courage to try the 'fly fish' next time we're in Bali! On this occasion we tried parasailing and the donut boat and absolutely loved both! .

Gelgel and the crew were very hospitable, and we felt very much welcomed soon as we arrived. His English is excellent, thus communication is a breeze.
We did the Seawalker (perfect depth, clear enuf vision), Tandem Parasailing (smooth ascend & landing) & Flying Fish (no fear, TRY it!) - wished we could have done a couple more activities but our time/itinerary didnt permit us. Gel was with us throughout the entire time, being our personalized photographer. However for the Seawalker activity, we juz needed to pay a minimal fee for the diver's assistance to have our photos and videos taken underwater. Everyone made us feel safe, and it was nothing but ENJOYABLE for us! Gel even allowed us to use his GoPro (video recording) during our Parasailing high up in the sky. Just have your memory card/thumbdrive/mobile phones available to have all the shots & videos transferred over, at no additional cost. :)
Changing rooms, restrooms, shower facilities and towels are readily available as well. Super convenient! We had an AMAZING time and hoping to return again - definitely will go back to Bali Jetpacks & Water Sports! .
